1. What we collect
To run the Poke.Watch alert subscription, we store:
- Your email address, so we can send you queue-active alerts and account emails.
- A Stripe customer ID and subscription ID, so we know whether your subscription is active and can link you to the billing portal.
- Your subscription status (e.g. active, past due, cancelled), kept in sync via Stripe webhooks.
- A private management token, used only to build your unique billing-portal link.
We also keep an internal log of pokemoncenter.com queue status (open / active, with timestamps) so the live status indicator on our homepage works — this log does not contain any personal data.
2. How we use it
We use your data solely to: operate your subscription, send you the email alerts and account emails you've signed up for, process payments and keep your billing status in sync, and provide customer support if you contact us. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of trusted processors to run the service:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Resend — delivery of transactional emails (welcome and queue-alert emails).
- Supabase — secure database hosting for subscriber and queue-status records.
Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your subscriber record for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for billing and support purposes. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll remove it once any active subscription has been cancelled through the billing portal.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@poke.watch and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
6. Cookies & tracking
The Poke.Watch site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. When you go through checkout or the billing portal, Stripe's hosted pages may set their own cookies to process your payment securely — that activity is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
